Description :
The cushions 3M Nexcare ColdHot exist in three sizes:

- Mini ColdHot: 10cm X 10cm for cheek, hand, finger, wrist…
- ColdHot classic: 10cm X 26,5cm for face, ankle, foot, elbow…
- Maxi ColdHot: 20cm X 30cm for back, thigh, knee, ankle.

Solids and reliable, they do not run. Reusable, they are hand washed.

All the products of the range 3M Nexcare ColdHot are heat-welded envelopes containing a nontoxic flexible gel.

These cushions can be preserved at the freezer to be always ready with employment.
The maximum cushions and comfort can be heated with the microwawe oven with low power.

Indication :
Cryothérapie: distorsions, luxations, elongations, tears, breakdowns, tendinitises, hématomes, contusions, migraines, fevers light, nosebleed, pains dental.
Thermotherapy: rheumatic pains, lumbagos, dorsalgies, cervicalgies, lumbagos, stiff neck.

Use :
With the microwaves or the bain-marie to use it hot, with the refrigerator or the freezer to use it cold.
Provided with a cover of protection.

Precautions for use:
- not to apply without cover of protection
- not to apply to fragile skin
- to check the temperature of the cushion with the back of the hand before application.
