LIFELAB PM 10% CBD & CBN

Instructions for use:

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Swallow to dry out the buccal mucosa and to maximize effectiveness.
  3. It is recommended that you use a mirror to ensure proper product administration.
  4. Place the drops under the tongue, holding the dropper vertically. Wait 60 seconds and then swallow.
  5. Close the vial tightly after use.
  6. Preferably, do not consume water or food for the next 10 minutes.

Dosage:

Starting Dose: 

3 first days

2 drops, 15-30 minutes before bedtime
Average Maintenance Dose 2-3 drops, 15-30 minutes before bedtime
Maximum Recommended Daily Dose 14 drops (70mg), 15-30 minutes before bedtime

Intake 

Preferably in the evening

Dosage may vary from person to person.
The ideal dosage is the point between the dose at which first improvement is observed, and the dose of no further improvement. It is recommended to gradually increase the dose every three days, by one drop κατά μια σταγόνα ανά λήψη.
