No added artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives.
Instructions for use:
 Adults: 2 tablespoons, 3 times a day
Children over 12 years: One tablespoon, 3 times a day

If the product starts to solidify, due to the natural crystallization of the honey, heat the product to 40 degrees
