We believe this is the first effervescent multi-vitamin and mineral in the UK to be additive and artificial flavouring free. Each tablet provides optimum levels of key nutrients, including trace minerals, such as Molybdenum, Manganese and Chromium. It has a tangy fruity, is sweetened with fruit sugar and dissolves in water or juice without the help of unpleasant chemicals. Unlike some other brands, Fizzy Multi does not contain aspartame - a synthetic sweetener linked with health risks - saccharin, acesulfame K, artificial flavours or colours. You won’t find Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), any artificial anti-foam agents or phenylalanine in Fizzy Multi either. Ideal for anyone who doesn’t like swallowing tablets or capsules. Fruit flavoured and sweetened with stevia. Tastes great! Adults and children over 13 years take ½- 1 tablet a day, or as your health professional advises. Add to water.

Ingredients: One tablet typically provides Calcium 200mg, Beta carotene 400µg, Magnesium 100mg, Folic acid 100µg, Vitamin C 100mg, Vitamin K1 40µg, Vitamin E (45 iu) 30mg, Copper 37.5µg, Vitamin B3 25mg, Iodine 30µg, Vitamin B5 25mg, Biotin 25µg, Vitamin B1 12.5mg, Selenium 15µg, Vitamin B2 12.5mg, Molybdenum 15µg, Zinc 7.5mg, Chromium 15µg, Vitamin B6 5mg, Vitamin B12 5µg, Iron 5mg, Vitamin D3 (100iu) 2.5µg, Manganese 2mg

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years take 1-2 tablets a day (children: 10-12 years 1 a day; children: 7-9 years ½ a day; children: 4-6 years ¼ a day).
