Vitamin C Plus from Health Sign provides a bioactive form of vitamin C in combination with bilberry fruit extract, citrus bioflavonoids and black pepper extract. Calcium ascorbate, which is the non-acidic form of vitamin C, is best suited to people with stomach, ulcers, and intestinal problems.

Bioflavonoids are a large group of plant dyes found in foods. Bioflavonoids (eg, valanetone, hesperidin, rutin) are found naturally in combination with vitamin C. Bioflavonoids have been shown to increase the absorption of vitamin C.
