Pharmadiet Veterinaria Lysinviral Plus 50ml

Food supplement based on L-Lysine, Enterococcus faecium, Betaglycan, Quercetin, Coenzyme Q10 and Omega 3 fatty acids for reducing the severity of the clinical signs in cats infected with Feline Herpes Virus (FHV-1) and reducing the number of outbreaks of recurring infections in cats. L-Lysine, with an antiviral effect, reduces viral proteosynthesis and viral replication, as it acts as an antagonist of arginine; an amino acid required in FHV-1 replication. Enterococcus faecium and Betaglycan enhance the immune system. They improve the specific and non-specific immune response and help to balance the intestinal flora, reducing the morbidity associated with FHV-1 infection. Quercetin, Omega 3 fatty acids and the Coenzyme Q10 have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, modulating proinflammatory cytokine synthesis.

Indications
• To reduce the severity of the clinical signs in cats infected with FH-1.
• To reduce the number of outbreaks in cats with recurring infections.
• To reduce contagion capacity.
• To enhance the immune system.

Daily dosage
• Kittens (less than 6 months): 1-2 ml.
• Cats (adults, more than 6 months old): 2-4 ml.
Administer directly or mix with regular food.
